Rocky 6 | Rocky Balboa Movie Trailer

As a fan of all the Rocky movies, I’m looking forward to the release of Rocky 6, Rocky Balboa, on December 22nd, 2006. A Columbia film by revolution Studios, Rocky is going to be pitted against a young fighter, Mason Dixon . Is Rocky a has been, or can he beat this current boxing champion? Will he head back to the meatpacking plant to pound his fists against a few more slabs of meat?

The Rocky Balboa movie trailer, located at the official movie site, www.mgm.com/rocky/, has Rocky, played by Sylvester Stallone, really looking fit. Sly Stallone seems like the type of guy that would stay in shape. When he was on The Contender television series, he looked in fit then. I’m sure he had to exercise and hit the gym to get ready for the role of Rocky.

For any of you that are not old enough to remember the Rocky movie series, they are American film’s written and starring Sylvester Stallone. The original Rocky from 1976 has made over $117 million, been an Oscar winner, and helped escalate Sylvester Stallone’s movie career. This will be the sixth movie in the rocky series.

If you’d never seen any of the Rocky movies, you should really check them out. Many popular songs have come from the Rocky films including eye of the Tiger. Burt Young, Milo Ventimiglia, Antonio Tarver, and Geraldine Hughes also starring the Rocky Balboa movie. Sylvester Stallone will direct the movie, will have to find out it after 30 years he still able to beat his opponent in the boxing ring.
