Directed by Michael Bay, the Transformers will come to destroy the earth on Independence Day, July 4, 2007. Starring the likes of Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, Bernie Mac, Josh Duhamel, and John Turturro, the futuristic intergalactic battle of the 80s has entered a new century. Good versus bad, the Autobots versus the devious Decepticons. With the ability to transform into automobiles, trucks, airplanes, and other technological vehicles, these two races will make earth the playground for the battle between them. Look out human race.

Produced by Steven Spielberg, the Transformers promises to excite its audience with the usual graphic effects. For you Transformers fans though, unfortunately there will be no Soundwave, Mirage, Hound, Prowl, Brawn, Skywarp, Thunder cracker, Ravage, Laserbeak, or Rumble. You do have Optimus Prime and Starscream though, and a whole lot of other characters that can be found as Transformers toys
