From the director of Titanic, James Cameron brings the movie Avatar to the big screen in Decmeber of ’09.
Avatar is a futuristic film which brings Jake (Sam Worthington), a paraplegic Marine veteran to a new world called Pandora.
Pandora is inhabited by the Na’vi, a race of humanoids with their own language and culture. In the end Jake must decide what’s worth fighting for; the world he’s learned to call home or the duties he’s given.
James Cameron first conceived the movie 15 years ago, but at that time did not have the technological means to carry out this epic drama of fiction and fantasy.
